URGENT: Act TODAY - end federal ban on syringe exchange funding

I just took action on Health GAP's website to call for federal funding of syringe exchange. Syringe exchange programs are proven to dramatically reduce HIV infections without increasing drug use. The House of Representatives is considering an Appropriations bill that, for the first time in 11 years, does not bar federal funding of syringe exchange. We can lift the ban on funding syringe exchange, but only if we all email our Representatives.
